Classic style never goes out of fashion. Since Coco Chanel invented it in 1926, the little black dress has become every woman’s wardrobe staple. It can be a sign of belonging or a sign of individuality, a way to hide or a way to stand out. Fifteen women of varied backgrounds, including Stella Duffy, Kate Mosse, Candia McWilliam, Muriel Gray, Morag Joss, Yvonne Adhiambo Owuor, Jean Marsh and Michelle Berry, offer a colourful range of views on the little black dress, all tailored by Susie Maguire into a simply stunning and elegant collection.
