Iain S. Macdonald is a retired Public Health Medical Officer. He lives in Falkirk. Sheep-farming in Knoydart and Lochaber shaped the lives of three generations of his Glencoe ancestors. Impressions gathered during the war years at school in Badenoch enhanced his interest in the role of Highlanders in the development of sheep-farming. |
